To ensure maximum freshness and quality to all of our customers, Import Flower Services receives two shipments of flowers each week. One arrives on Saturday while the other arrives on Tuesday. In order to have your order on these shipments, you must order by designated times. For Saturday arrival, the order must be received by 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior. Then, for normal shipping rates, the product will be delivered that Monday with weekend delivery available at extra cost. For Tuesday arrival, the order must be placed by 12:00 pm the Friday prior and the order will be delivered by Wednesday at normal shipping cost. All deliveries can be picked up at a local airport or will be delivered by FedEx, UPS, or our own trucks. This is our policy because we custom order all of our shipments from our partner farms. Instead of simply ordering in bulk as the average importer does, the farms cut the flowers freshly only once we order them so they are the highest quality when they arrive. Our goal at Import Flower Services is always to bring our customers the best possible quality and by utilizing our relationships with our farms in this way, we can guarantee that there is no way to receive a higher quality product.
